How It Works

Smoked to order — please plan ahead.

We smoke everything over hardwood on an outdoor pit, so nothing sits under a heat lamp and we don't take shortcuts. That means a little lead time: take-out, delivery, and family packs need at least 48 hours' notice, and large catered events need a few weeks to plan, prep, and smoke right. Reserve early and we'll have it ready fresh.

Catering packages start at a 25-guest minimum, and large events need a few weeks' notice — please reach out as early as possible so we can plan, prep, and smoke to order. All packages are fully customizable to your guest count, event style, dietary needs, and budget. Add extra meats, delivery, chafing dishes, or an on-site smoker display. Brisket is included at no extra cost on Gold & Platinum — a $2/person upcharge applies on Bronze & Silver. Appetizers can be added to any package.
